Did you decide to program an action for a later date whereas it is still appearing in your reminder actions?

Programming a new date can be overridden for two reasons:

  • You may have changed your customer’s workflow. The next action to carry out is determined depending on the new workflow’s reminder settings.

  • An invoice with the oldest due date has been paid. Now the reminder is based on the date of the next receivable in line with the oldest due date.
