Are you looking to perform an action on a customer, but the workflow action is not yet available?

No sweat, you can perform an action out of the blue by clicking on the Remind now button:

You will also see when's the next planned action with « Next letter planned on [Date] » or « Next automatic email planned on [Date] », next to the button.

The action module is different from the Action tab (the customer list is missing on the left). The suggested template is the first email/letter template in your workflow by default. You can choose the type of action from the picklist next to the Note button:

  • Is it possible to add recipients in cc/bcc when sending an action out of the blue?

It's not possible yet.
