Are you looking to perform an action on a customer, but the workflow action is not yet available?
No sweat, you can perform an action out of the blue by clicking on the "Remind now" button (see screenshot below). You can see when the next workflow action is planned for "Next letter scheduled on [Date]" too.
The action module is different from the Action tab (the customer list is missing on the left):
The suggested template is the first email template in your workflow by default. You can choose the type of action from the picklist next to the customer name.
