Upflow contacts reflect your interlocutors at your customers’ organization: they are the ones you send reminders to. You can access their list from any of your customers’ pages by clicking on the Contacts section of their details.

What are my contacts’ specifics?

Each contact must at least have an email address and a position. When setting up your workflows, the latter is offered as a recipient’s choice.

You will be able to flag your main interlocutor, and additional information—such as a contact’s name or phone number—can also be added.

These details can either be populated automatically (from an external source like your CRM or your billing/accounting tool) or manually, depending on your preferences.
