Can I set my collection at a Netsuite project level?

Working on multiple deals with the same customer? Your workflows can reflect it, communicating at a project level rather than a client one!

By default, workflows are triggered at a customer level, with cash being collected indiscriminately. If you would rather mirror your workstreams, creating different billing cycles for a given client and having the right managers assigned to their project, you can!

To operate this change, you’ll need to ensure the right Netsuite features are enabled.

  • Up-to-date Upflow Bundle

  • Enable the ‘Basic Project’ feature

  • Enable Multi-sub customer feature

Once it is all set, access the Integrations tab of your Settings, and tick Project level.

The integration will sync in a few minutes and…voilà !

You will no longer see your customer groups, but your projects will be displayed under your accounts’ names in the Customers tab. The analytics, as far as they’re concerned, will be aggregated per project!

👉 You can go back to a collection at a customer level any time you want!
